Ordered a TV online over a month ago now. Literally no sign of it. Asked for an explanation but told it was on it's way. Supposed to be a Christmas present.
Appalling service. Will order from foreign shops from now on. You know the ones? They actually deliver what you order.
If DiD want to remain in business, simple things like delivering the product on time will work.
