5 members of sales staff on a Monday morning in April and after 15 minutes we had to go and look for one to assist us.
We were buying an ex display tv, the girl could not find the stand for it so we asked for a reduction in the price of a wall bracket, she declined and was prepared to lose the sale but after showing her the price of replacement legs on Amazon she agreed to €25 off.
Two lads then attempted to lift the tv off the wall, unsuccessfully.
All in all, we had been in the store over an hour and decided to give them our number for them to call when it’s down and ready.
A day has passed and still no phone call!
Yes it was ex display and reduced but it was still a €500 sale.
Very bad customer service, it was like everything was too much effort
