AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! Will NEVER shop with this crowd again... Very Dishonest!!! Ordered ONLINE Saturday midday then cancelled after I rang my local store just to query and was told it was probably an Ex Display Model I was going to get sent as they had been out of stock all over the country on this Item even he was confused how it was online for sale... yet this wasn't on the Item Discription(Luckily I have Screenshots of this) Rang head office in Dublin and a Girl Laura I think her name was.. Seemed lovely and very helpful, told me she would look into it and ring me back within an hour.. 6hrs later no phonecall so I emailed to cancel the order that evening as I wasn't taking a chance on getting an Ex Display Model that could potentially be damaged.. This is a Chromebook for my son for secondary school so it's important!! Got the usual automated response, then the next day(Sunday) got an email asking for more details on my order.. which I replied that I didn't understand what other details they needed apart from my order no which I had put in the email.. and they have my email address on the order and my phone number so of course they can find my order... and what they were asking for didn't make sense.. but got no reply 🤔 that email has strangely disappeared from the thread of emails this morning...?? Anyone else have this happen to them.. emails just Vanishing?? Not the first time it's happened to me and speaking to someone who works in legal it seems this is happening a lot especially with big companies🤔 Will have to look into that a bit more!! Cos without that email it looks like they didn't Acknowledge my request to cancel when in fact they did... They can say they didn't receive the email in time.. But they did (Luckily I have screenshots of this also, have to these days it seems especially with emails just Vanishing like that!!!) 🤔 So been ringing them since 9 this morning(Monday) just to get it cancelled before it gets shipped being a Monday morning an all.. My calls kept getting cut off Once or twice maybe a mistake but kept happening over and over so I rang from a different number and they Answered Straight Away... A Miracle... Mmmmm don't think so!! 🤔 Explained situation to a girl called Zara and also that I had been trying to call all morning but getting cut off but the 1st time I ring from a different number its answered straight away... She stutters and says oh I'm only new here I don't know about that.. No Straight Answer...Didnt know wat to say cos they had just been caught out!!! But she told me she would cancel order immediately and issue a refund.. And quickly hangs up on me.. Obviously didn't like being confronted on Not Answering my calls and no answer as to why my calls kept getting cut off!! 🤔 Then 10Mins after I'm off the phone I get an email to say they CANT Cancel as the shipment is due to leave... HOW DARE THEY DO THIS!!!!! Purposely Not Answer Emails and phone calls to delay me getting through before Item gets Shipped.. Its clear this was what they were up too.. Have Never Dealt with Such Underhand Dishonesty from what is supposed to be a well Established and Popular Company.... I recorded the phone conversation thankfully so that I would have some proof with emails dissappearing and all that 🤔 Wat their Game is to ship this item to me... Then when I try to return I will be told Oh Sorry its Ex Display so no Refunds!! Ex Display WASN'T in the Item Description which I also have screenshots off thank god!!! I would Tell anyone who is thinking of shopping with this crowd Especially Online so think Twice... Absolutely Disgusting and Dishonest carry on!!! I will be getting in touch with Comreg now
