I had a disappointing experience at the DID store due to misleading products, inadequate pricing, and a failure to honor their Price Match Promise. The laptop I purchased was branded as Dynabook instead of Toshiba, which was misleading. Additionally, when I requested a price match, their customer service refused to match the lower price I found at another store. Their lack of adherence to their own policies and dismissive attitude was disappointing. I hope they address these issues to improve the customer experience.In summary, my experience at the DID store was unsatisfactory.
