DID Mountjoy Square has been providing for all our needs in electrical equipment for almost 50 years. When I went along 2 days ago, expecting more of their wonderful service, I felt so sad to see it closed. I'm still feeling a great sense of loss. Even though it must have been an inconvenient building to work in, it carried a great stock and the staff throughout those years were amazingly kind, helpful and courteous, each with an interest in helping, explaining and providing for our particular need at the time. I wish I could remember the names of all of those with whom we dealt but from the newest, most junior member of the staff to those in more senior positions, the standard of excellence was consistent. We remember Joe from the earlier years and Pete who has been so helpful over more recent years. In sending gratitude for their care and service I send warmest wishes for their well-being and happiness wherever they go. They deserve the best. Well done to DID for recruiting such lovely people.
