I've purchased multiple times from digiDirect and mostly I have been very happy. They often don't have things in stock, but as long as you know this and don't want immediate delivery, they are usually about the most competitive on price. One big issue I have with digiDirect is that they experienced a significant customer data breach around October 2024. This data is now being disseminated on the internet. I know because I have dark web monitoring, but digiDirect have never contacted me to let me know. That is unacceptable. I have contacted the company directly and they did acknowledge the issue. However, they have a duty to notify their customers and to disclose what information was hacked.
