Bought a dress at dillards for a work event last week out of town and didn't have a ability to return it until today. First of the lady condescendingly was like "was this worn because there is a little bit of deoderent on it here". When I told her to start I didn't end up need to wear it because I had found something else.
Then she informed me because it was purchased over 3 day ago I would only be able to recieve a gift card credit rather then getting my money back.
3 Days??? What in the world is that? Who has the time to return something within that time frame especially when I bought the item for work out of town that night before leaving.
Easy to say I was not pleased with their was of handling the situation and this BS policy. This is just their crappy way of keeping the money in their store.
You shop anywhere else and the return period is within 30 days which is much more reasonable.
Easy to say I won't be back.
