I ordered candles for my.mother for mothers day. Paid for 2 day expedited shipping. 2 days later receive an email saying they would be delivered a week later. I called customer service to get the shipping refunded. The woman says I ordered may 9th. My confirmation email I recieve after ordering on may 8th says may 8th as well.as my credit card charge for may 8th. She argued and told.me.i didn't order them on the 8th. Like wth lady
She gave me a snark comment and told.me to email her supervisor. So I did. She said he will respond to you but you probably won't be refunded because our computer shows may 9th. I am still awaiting a response.
Thanks.dillards for ruining mothers day.
Do NOT EVER order from dillards.
If my shipping is not refunded there will be a lawsuit. For the principal of the company screwing people over.
