Return policy is unbelievable. I purchase for Dillard's often. I purchased a top and their clothes are not cheap. The top was too big. I called to see if I could return and the answer was no! Their policy is 30 days from purchase, this is online. I was thinking 30 days from receiving the order. Nope, a couple days late and they could have waived those days instead of losing a customer. My family will never shop Dillard's again. Times are hard and business is not what it use to be. They are going to regret losing customers. There are other stores that are just as good if not better. Good luck Dillard's!!!!!!
