I will laugh when this company goes under. Based on their stocks, it won't be too much longer. They sent the wrong item, then tried to tell me I would have to pay for the return shipping. They don't accommodate for their screw-up. Then to top it off, they sent me a used item, and told me I was out of luck because it was used, and would not accept my return. They will miss out on my and my family's business. I have told them and they have no desire to go near a Dillards after hearing about my experience. Good luck, Dillards! You will deserve it when you eventually have to shut down all of tour stores!
