Terrible for asking help at shoe department. The sales person cannot even give a little customer satisfaction for returning my defect sandal except returning it.
AFTER:
1) I spending over $120 sandal.
2) Drove for two hours back n forth.
3) Dealing with online customer services to get a mail return label form so I don’t have to drive but that was wasted due to the item was purchased in store online due to no available my size
4) I was plan to wear it for my Christmas party coming up and now is ruin because the it’s not gonna deliver here on time.
What a waste. My first time going to this mall and bad experience I encounter.
