I love Dior products, however this was my first time purchasing Dior online... and unfortunately am very disappointed. My views towards this brand and team dropped greatly.
Couldn’t process payment with multiple credit cards. Reached out to customer service through email, which they did nothing to fix, just said there must have been an issue with final processing. Therefore reached out to customer service through phone calls, which they cut off without answering. ( 2 out of 2 times, waited over 10min for one.) Ended up paying with PayPal, but the free gifts that were supposed to come with my purchase (and advertised in the banner on their website) disappeared through this process. Highly disappointed and do not recommend purchasing anything through Dior online.
I have sent an email to see if they can fix this... though my hopes are not high.
