Dior is completely unprofessional, I recently ordered the J'adore gift set online (with overnight shipping) and received a confirmation that my order will arrive on Sunday May 8th 2022. After realising the wrong address had been entered, I called customer service and the representative told me that there is nothing they can do about it. After quite a few phone calls, another representative finally agreed to ask UPS to hold the package for me.
Now, Today (May 7th 2022), I received an email from Dior saying my package has been shipped and will arrive on May 9th, 2022. After a long conversation with the representative explaining to her that I paid for overnight shipping, she told me that though the order was processed on Friday and shipped Saturday (Today) I will not be receiving my package until May 9th. Which to me doesn't make sense because if UPS has my package and I paid for overnight shipping, Shouldn't my package come in on Sunday?
All I wanted to do is gift my mom her favourite parfum and for her to feel special, had I had known Dior would give me so many issues, I would have ordered through Sephora or Ulta Beauty.
