Dior purposely makes it impossible to return shoes. They attach a huge hard tag at the middle of the shoe so one cannot walk or try out if the shoe fits. Additionally owning 4 pair of the j’aidior pumps the fit in the last year is inconsistent and irregular. Some I wear in size 35.5 other 6. I tried on the shoes and returned them within the timeframe. Then they sent a letter stating there’s as a blemish on the sole abd being returned to me, which was exactly how I received them and will not refund me. It’s been several weeks since I sent them back and the tracking shows no indication of when I will receive them all the while they have my money. It’s impossible to find small sizes in the boutique which is fine purposely so people have to use their online to buy and then they make it impossible to return. Their customer service staff has attitude and very condescending as it appears they go through this all the time. I’ve been a good customer for years spending 10s of thousands of dollars on the brand but this is it. Chanel, Fendi, Prada here I come. Good buy Dior. I will miss you but principles and bad customer service overrule.
