I made an online ordee with Dior Beauty. Order#104555411. Me and my Bf were out of state for working reasons. We asked the Dior Beauty Css and ups if we could change the delivery address, hold it on a ups location or having the office management hold it. None of the options was available. They ended up returning everything back to the sender. I spoke to the customer support but noone could do anything about it. I had purchased with my delta sky miles to receive also triple points.(it only happens once a year) I ended up not getting the points and the products. I'm only waiting for the refund at this point. I'm very disappointed because such a big company should have delivery options that accommodate everyone with their schedule and life style.
