Bought a $95 lotion and it came with a jammed pump. Was asking their customer service if can exchange at the store but they said no. The only thing provided was a dumb return label. No compensation or whatever, since they could not do exchange either. Don’t forget that their minimum shipping is $150 and they could not make an exception for free shipping. Wasted almost 30 mins being on hold for no resolution besides putting a note on the account for next time when they have available complementary stuff.
