This is the fourth day in a row that I am attempting to rectify the issue I am having with your organisation. It beggars belief that a luxury high end company like Dior is: a) not willing to send me a replacement item that I received BROKEN
b) does not ever answer their phone or return voicemails that I have left every single day for the past 4 days
Purchasing from a luxury brand is all about the experience. We are all after a little joy in these difficult times, but to pay $120 for a broken candle with no offer of a replacement is incomprehensible and anything less than wonderful service from a reputable fashion house.
