Had exactly the racket I wanted and was easily able to specify alternative strings and the correct tension. The price was already competitive but the offer of 2 tubes of squash balls (i.e. 6 balls) made the deal even more attractive. Pre delivery communication was good and the package arrived when promised. So 5 stars throughly deserved
