Ordered tennis string for one tennis racket and was given tracking information of delivery by DHL. When I tried to track the item DHL had no record of the shipment number. I was just about to contact Direct Tennis when to my surprise the item arrived by Royal Mail.
It would be good for a company to get the basics right.
