Ordering via the website was easy, I received frequent emails re delivery which came when it said it would. Unfortunately the trainers were just a bit too big (smaller sizes seem to be generally out of stock for this product) but the returns process was unexpectedly simple and again I was emailed when the package had been received and the refund was quickly and efficiently processed. Overall, very impressive.
