I bought Babalot badminton shoes which unfortunately the sole started coming off after 3 wears of them on court, so immediately sent them back highlighting they were unfit for purpose. Had a response stating they do not refunds and have sent them back to manufacturer for assessment. Got to wait 21 days, so had to buy another pair of Addidas shoes and they don't feel too great either on court, bulky shoe and no bounce as it so states. I've stressed I want refund or a credit note or i will take this further.
