Shame on this company. The cliques they have in the staff in certain departments make new starters feel completely outcast. Staff bully new starters. Talk behind everyone's back and run to their friends who are in management roles. Be careful if you ever want to work for this shoddy and horribly untalented bunch of people who want to keep their own jobs and do everything to throw anyone new under the bus, so many two faced people who work here in management and in shop floor roles. Don't every work for these lot.
