Your app is really a pain to use. The ticking of the products once trying to conclude is confusing and nonsensical. Then if you happen to close the app before actually paying you lose your whole basket. It's slow and sluggish in between as well. Why are some simple items not available for delivery. So what's the use of the delivery system if you have to collect some items. Why is your chronic meds not on the app for you to order when needed. Very confusing and frustrating. Then whoever answers the phone(if you lucky) I can never get the correct medication. The service could really do with some improvement. Great idea but poorly executed. Not user friendly at all.
