Dischem Carlswald, I went in this morning , I can tell you now, never have I ever heard so much "noise" the speaking so loud and joking around near the entrance of this store near the entrance and makeup space, was utterly ridiculous, it sounded so loud I actually looked up to see if something was wrong, it's disgusting that staff member and it's the ladies !!! Can cause such a commotion in greeting, laughing joking playing around when store is opened, I'll never go there again, then I look over the shelf to my left and all tellers are ALL speaking to each other at the top of their voices, surely surely there should be some firm of supervision regarding this, I honestly have no issue with happy, greetings, a few words here and there but this morning wasn't that, it was beyond anything I ever heard,the ladies when they want to know something they simply SHOUT to the others , disgusting and badly supervised if at all .. As for Online, well I went a placed an order , my error I placed online instead of Delivery, but 3 +weekend and suiko nothing 3 Dischems later I discover it's at Carlswald (not a Dischem of preference) I go in, they don't have STOCK!!! They in turn have now asked Fourways to see if they have stock, send their driver all the way to Dischem FOURWAYS!!! WHY FOURWAY 12 KLM AWAY????when there is a Dischem maybe 1.5 KLM at KYALAMI CORNER !!!!who always have stock. So again, really done without any thought whatsoever, I ordered online (first time online shopper) my error, should have chosen delivery) Saturday, it's Wednesday, hopefully it will arrive.. I'll go to Dischem Kyalami anytime, it's 1 klm if that from me, so why online sent it to Calswarld I don't know, and also no phone call to say NO STOCK, just left to one side and we'll get to it when we feel like it. Calswarld definitely needs some major redressing for sure Number 12 teller polite enough, but had an undertone of sarcasim, when I left that lady and the one opposite had a lot to say to each other and were laughing at my back till I turned around and looked them in their faces, a horrible , horrible experience, never again .... Disgusting behaviour for a chain store the Size of Dischem..training is definitely required to bring some kind of store behaviour etc, back in line !!!!
