Shame on you guys for taking advantage of peoples health to get more sales through your door .You need to stop sending cryptic messages on our phones to call you about "our meds " with reference numbers .Firstly imagine the distress of some one receiving this message and they cant call the call center .The call alone comes at a cost - the cheek !! .The media is rife with food poisoning and food recalls. and this is enough to send anyone off a cliff .Secondly its also an an invasion of patient health privacy .Call center agents are not wellness or health practitioners yet they sit with patient medication details ,they don't have the techniques to deliver any hopeful message .They are employed to chase a financial target . Get a better humane strategy to reach and keep clients healthy .
