I am pleased with the monitor arm. I was surprised at the shipping costs which are 32% of the purchase price of the item before taxes. However, given that his arm weighs a fair bit and is well constructed, I will accept that the shipping costs are reasonable. Because we knew where this would be attached, we add wood installed in that area before the dry-wall was was applied to that wall in our recent renovation of an office. This arm will suit the needs for which it was intended.
