Worst customer service ever. I wish I didn't have to give you one star. Ordered a header (separately) for a floor brochure rack. Delivered with wrong hardware and cannot be attached to display. Contacted customer support and was delivered the wrong hardware again. Then sent pictures, then received three of the four posts needed. Sent two emails and called...no response. Frustrated, I have now tried to return the original header and told it was custom and not returnable. After losing my temper, they are crediting the account. Now I have 8 new brochure racks and no way to add headers...what a waste. Never again!
