The items we ordered came damaged, so I called and reported the damage. We were sent new items, which also arrived damaged. I called again and was seeking a refund. I was persuaded to welcome a third shipment and the product finally arrive undamaged. We are pleased with the product and service, just not that it took 3 times to receive undamaged goods.
