We ordered several items and paid extra to have them delivered to our high-rise building dock area. We gave Displays2Go the dock hours and specific height of the dock. They sent a truck that could not deliver and had to return the following day with a van. Then, we find out that they shipped us the WRONG items. They notified us that the shipment would be ready for pickup last week on Thursday so we hauled the items back down to the dock, printed a BOL and no one showed up Thursday or Friday. Now we are getting notified from the building security that the items MUST be picked up today or we will have to haul them back up to our suite. The replacement parts are supposed to arrive tomorrow???
