Overall, my experience has been very good. I have made several orders over the past few months- and when a product didn't live up to the expectations, it was either remedied quickly or was returned without hassle. Unfortunately, many of their products are not made in the USA- and the instructions provided by the manufacturer(s) are terrible. But, as a company, overall Displays2Go has done well by me.
