I've received several wonderful display items over the last two years. In my last order was a piece that was cracked and unusable. I always feel at least a second of dread when I think about having to rectify something that isn't right. I needn't have wasted a second thinking like that. I wrote Displays 2 Go and attached a photo. In a very few minutes, I received a reply telling me that a replacement was already on its way. Now THAT'S how to run a business.
