I have been a customer for several years. The art panels are an essential part of my booth display. I sell yarn. I’d been pretty satisfied until my most recent order. I called to speak with a sales representative because I wanted to ask a few questions. I ordered more panels, more hooks, and some baskets for the display. I didn’t unpack them until I was setting up for the event. I was horrified to discover that the baskets were not compatible with the art panels. I specifically asked about this when I ordered. It was clear what system I was using. I even ordered more panels in the same order. I had no choice but to try to use the baskets because I absolutely needed them for the event. My husband was able to bend the back of the incompatible baskets to make a hook so they would hang. It was a hack but it got me through the festival. However, they are not acceptable to be used again- they clearly did not sit correctly. I want my booth to look professional, particularly given the amount of money I have spent at Displays 2 Go for just that reason. I am deeply disappointed. I would like to return the baskets but they are “damaged” now. I don’t think I should have to keep them OR pay to return them.
