I placed the order for 2 enclosed corkboards (expensive) for our church in Toronto. I received an email in November, that the products were shipped. Since we have not received the products yet, I called FedEx to check the status. They said that commercial invoices were not included in the shipments and the products cannot be shipped to Canada. I paid $176.27 for the shipping and have no idea when my church will receive them. What a terrible business. I already called twice your company and they are looking into it but they don't know how to fix the problem. We need these corkboards for December's Christmas bulletins and I don't have any hope now that we will get them. Can someone contact me? Thanks.
