“Same day dispatch” meant a week and a half. No apology, just a £5 coupon. Which I won’t be using. I also needed to change the delivery address because I moved, but they can’t do that for whatever reason. So I asked to cancel and reorder because I don’t want to spend time chasing a package around. They won’t cancel orders! It hadn’t even been shipped but they wouldn’t cancel because…cancelling is against policy. Absolutely baffling. now I have to worry about intercepting the package and messing with returns. It’s also hard to tell if returns are free or what. Probably not. Please make sure you REALLY want what you order and that you’re willing to be treated poorly by customer service.
