Now charging UK consumers to return items, despite the fact they’re an online exclusive brand, meaning you cannot try clothes on in store before you buy. So you don’t know if something will fit, their sizes are not consistent, and their size charts are inaccurate. Therefore you get charged for their lack of quality control! Not to mention you have to provide your own packaging AND deliver it to post office yourself! So what is my return charge actually paying for?
