They sent me a dress with a defunct strap, sewn twisted. I reached out to customer service for an exchange but they refused to cover the mailing cost. Had to send emails back and forth for a couple weeks. They ended up sending me a $5 coupon so I could order a new dress and get free shipping to my address. But not so that I could return the defunct dress. I usually buy large carts so that I can avoid paying for shipping. This is the 2nd dress I've received that had a flaw, the other one wasn't sewn correctly and the waist had a space that wasn't sewn together at all. Just disappointed. Customer service threw me around to different associates each day. All I wanted was to exchange for a dress that had proper straps.
