Awful experience. I'm having a problem with an order I've placed that isn't showing up on my Disturbia account nor I got any order confirmation email in my mail inbox. Clearly there is a technical issue of some sort on Disturbia's end. I'm trying to get customer support since December 27th from Disturbia through multiple platforms (email, live chat, social media) but I still haven't received it. Today I've been waiting in a live chat session since 10am, an agent (Abby) picked up my case, it's been 6 hours and I've waited patiently for 6 hours INVAIN because she seems to have few issues: lack of focus, 1hour+ delay between every reply, lack of basic understanding of the issue. Don't get me started with the other 2 channels I've tried: email and social media, zero replies from either of them. It's been 4 days, I've been charged for 300€ and I still don't see my order in my Disturbia account nor I got any order confirmation email in my inbox. I don't think I'm asking for much.
