I placed an order on Disturbia a month and a half ago (I haven't received anything, nor have I gotten my money back).
A month and a half ago, I placed an order that was supposed to take a month to arrive—I accepted that. On the day my order was supposed to be delivered, I noticed something suspicious. The tracking showed that it had been delivered at 11:57 AM, but no one rang my doorbell or called my phone. I went downstairs to check if the package had been left at my door or in the building hallway, but there was nothing.
I emailed them to ask what could be done, and they told me to check everywhere—neighbors, etc. I did that, but there was nothing. So I contacted them again, and they apologized, saying they would resend my order free of charge. They also assured me it would arrive within 7–15 days, faster than the first time.
However, the same thing happened again. On the day my package was supposed to arrive, it didn’t. The tracking once again marked it as delivered at 11:50 AM, but no one rang my doorbell, and there was no sign that anyone had attempted a delivery. I contacted them again, and they apologized once more.
The courier company (Track678) is a scam. It was my mistake not to check beforehand, but I had never heard anything bad about Disturbia—only about the courier. It’s not about the money, but I was really upset because I loved the clothes so much and truly wanted them. Unfortunately, I’ll never get the chance to wear them. I’m very disappointed.
