Terrible company, I returned an item has to pay return fee in advance most companies deduct from your refund. Returned Item was received by company on 26/2/2023 , it is now the 8/3/2023 and I have not received my refund.
when I complained at the length of time I had to wait I was informed that company very busy so wait may be longer .
