Appears I'm also stung with the same, due over £98 from a return in September. Bought from them before and great products, but I guess I will need to go to the ombudsman to try and reclaim it back.

Why are you allowed to rip people off and then set up a new company still owing £1000s to innocent people. Like many, I'm still struggling to get a refund of £194 from September. Its not £1.94, it's a lot of money.

No refund after 3 months. Dlsb are trading under a new name Dress is more ltd. Shellie cuttings partner is the director, Do not order from these theiving scumbags at all see all reviews

Compete shower of s**t The proper helmet on the phone told me to return the item but judging by the time frame he would have known they would have ceased trading. Hope the owner is okay relaxing on sunlounger in a nice warm country with everyone's refund money

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Been waiting for a refund of £198 since September. Received generic email apologising that there was a delay in processing returns. I waited, contacted several times to no avail, only to find the company has ceased trading. As someone who has worked in retail most of my life I am absolutely disgusted with the handling of this. Illegal to be witholding money owed to customers for good which have been returned! I have opened a case with my bank so am hoping to get my money back through them. Cannot believe owner has opened another company having left so many being owed money. Appauling!

Ordered two dresses returned both in September received email from dlsb confirming they had received the returns stating I would receive refund 7 - 14 days but maybe 21 days. received a further two emails apologising about length of time for refund process so I went to my bank with all the correspondence I had with DLSB after said company stop trading and I was fortunate they got my monies back but this morning 27/12 I have received message from bank saying DLSB has disputed claim but my bank have informed me I have enough evidence to keep money refunded.. awful company should be ashamed 🤬

I ordered 2 dresses end of August, I kept one dress and returned the other. I had an email in September to say my return had been received and would get a refund in 10-14 days. Only now have I realised that I have not been refunded. Company has disappeared. I have the proof of return, along with emails. I will contact my credit card company tomorrow and fingers crossed I receive a return.

Whilst I kept 2 items that were lovely. I returned 2, on 30th Oct which I got a notification that they have received them back and tbh I forgot about the refund, but having looked today, couldn't even find the company and obviously haven't recieved a refund. Any clues what to do next?

Sent my parcel got confirmation they received it 29th October 24 still waiting for refund it's now 16th Dec

Same as everyone else, I sent items back in September, and had the same emails from them,”high number of returns so delays”. Etc I raised a dispute through Clearpay and have just received a full refund today through Clearpay. (December!)I’ve also read that another customer had managed to get a refund through their bank. So definitely worth trying, either bank or Clearpay app. Assuming klarna app might be the same.

Same as everyone else, items returned and no refund because they've gone into liquidation. If I'd known this id have at least kept the clothes and given them to a friend! Have opened a dispute with my bank but whether they help remains to be seen.

I have purchased once or twice for the company and on the last return, mid Oct I was told the usual “21 days” longest. I left it 28 only to be told that the company has gone into liquidation!!! I’ve tried multiple ways of getting my refund with no luck! £100 gone! It’s unbelievable!!!!

This is the worst company I have ever used. Long delays for returns and have now been notified that they have ceased trading. Still chasing refund 2 months later. Absolutely shocking. If I could give a - rating I would. No wonder they’ve gone under.

As with numerous people below. I have been waiting a refund of £265 since end of August…. Absolute joke. Also paid through PayPal and they are not willing to help with this either. Shocking only telling customers this close to Christmas!!! I have bought and kept so much from the company over last few years which I have loved!! Just shocking behaviour to hear she’s opened a new company!!!

I too have been waiting for a refund since September and now they have ceased trading it looks like that money is lost. I started off receiving the standard emails apologising for the delays and then they just stopped replying altogether and there was no way to contact them. I tried to get my money back via Paypal but by that time it was too late. Awful. I've read she has started up a new company which I think is disgusting when so many people have lost a lot of money
