Ordered March 23rd 2024, received item March 30th 2024 returned 9th April 2024 and the return was registered on April 16th.
It is now May 21st and no refund although account says refunded cannot get hold of the company all emails are generated saying same thing no social media posts answered, no contact number avoid this company at all costs it's shocking!! I'm £60 down and I even paid for my own return.
