Same as the other reviews on here. Waiting now over 21 working days for my refund that was received and confirmed by them 25 working days ago. Again no response from them at all when emailing. Awful customer service .
I did keep some of my order as they were a perfect fit but the ones that didn’t suit me I returned and sadly this returns delay and zero communication massively lets them down.
