Horrendous company, sent my parcel back and received confirmation via email that it had arrived at their warehouse on the 22nd of July - have yet to receive a refund and we’re on the 26th of August. It’s the 25th working day and they keep sending the same generic email response. Surely there’s a way to escalate this? Trading standards?
