Returned items to DLSB on 20th Sep 2024, poor quality clothing! Royal Mail shows DLSB received the goods back on 23rd Sep 2024. It is now 12th Nov 2024 and I still haven’t received my refund of £133.97
I have filed disputes with Paypal, resolver and consumer ombudsman. Reading these other reviews clearly this is their usual poor standard as a business.
