Sadly not a good experience this time. The towel I ordered came and was tiny. The website showed it as a bath towel, but in the drop down menu I didn't notice that the price was for a hand towel.
I was offered my money back, plus return postage, but have yet to see my refund.
I have ordered from this firm before and like their products.
