I would put a O rather than a star if i could. Dosmetic and General USED to be a reputable company but sadly not anymore. They may as well employ robots to do a better job than the empty headed staff that they use at the moment. Took all afternoon spoke to several staff apparently management don't want to speak to customers. Finally got in touch with the complaints department but the girl was too opinionated didn't listen just read from a script Despite having had policies for many years they lost it then found it then lost it again.. Don't waste your money signing up to this company. There are a lot of better ones out there.
