Please do not take any policies of any kind out with this company. I am in my late 40s and in those years I have never had any cause to complain about any company. I am an NHS worker, work long hours and expected that when I took cover out with this company in order to fix and look after my boiler - it was not the case. Domestic & General cancelled my policy due to my first repair being just £5 over their “first repair limit” which I was unaware existed and was not informed of when I took their policy out. Do not trust this so called service. If I could rate them as ‘0’ I would do. Go somewhere else.
