Trouble with my Beko freezer. After queuing for 34 mins on the phone to D&G, appointment made for two days time. Promised to receive a phone call for ETA on morning of appointment, but no contact from them, rung 4:00pm, on queue for 42 mins. No apology, no explanation just a “I’ll log a complaint for you”. No offer of a follow up appointment. Took to Twitter to vent my disappointment (no swearing, just factual). Blocked 10 minutes later by D&G. Happy to take your money, not interested in providing you with a service - leave well alone.
