terrible terrible service from customer services. i have now been without a washing machine for over 6 weeks with the same problem the engineer came today and booked parts which will take up to 4 working days to arrive, so i have to take another day off work to sit and wait for the engineer. i spoke to domestic and general who put me through to their complaints department or customer service agent named Carly who kept telling me to lower my tone which was according to her very rude and very loud, which i am sure she herself would have had the same tone out of frustration if she was getting fobbed off for all these weeks. not helpful at all, they are very happy to take our money each month but when it comes to paying out they are a nightmare. NEVER will i use domestic and general again. complete rip off merchants. lets see if they end up fixing my machine
