We are disabled pensioners aged 70+ & 65+. We took a policy along with others . The curved T V has now been wrote off with an engineer. D& G never phoned to inform us. They now say: your TV is no longer available which cost us 5 years ago £1645-00 They now want us to accept a 55inch square TV costing £465-00 pound. They tell me they do not replace the TV on cost but on spec. Bloody disgusting. I argued with them . Now they have referred my case to a complaint department within there organization. Any advice. 10/7/22
